Cultural Engagement
Leadership Development Institute

The Cultural engagement leadership development Institute is a 6-month program geared toward those who are interested in leadership within spaces of belonging on college campuses or within the nonprofit sector. 

Cohort members will meet twice a month from February to July with June being an in-person symposium. This institute is for professionals who are looking for the tools to prepare for upper level leadership positions. This institute will also give you the opportunity to grow and develop your network with others. Members of the group will have access to a private community where they can exchange ideas, share aha moments, and continue the monthly conversations.

Modules for the program will include:
  • Strategic Management: Developing a Plan for Success
  • Leadership Competencies
  • Budgeting and Finance Management
  • Developing People for Organizational Success
  • Building Community

Program cost:  $2,700* (Monthly/Quarterly Payment Plans Available) 

Cost includes workbook, access to private group, coaching sessions during the program, and registration for in person symposium (travel and lodging not included). 

*Association of Black Cultural Center individual and institutional members will receive a discounted rate.
